Hopefully, this support page should give you all the help you need to answer any questions you might have. Please contact us if you can’t
find the answer you’re looking for.

You can order your garments online or we can process your order via phone/email manually. You have to pay either by (a) PayPal or Internet Banking or (b) Eftpos or Cash in store, though.

  • Online Payment : Pay with PayPal (Debit Card/Credit card) or Online Banking
  • In store Payment: Eftpos/Debit card/Credit Card

We offer a variety of the following shipping services:

New Zealand Shipping:
Orders are typically dispatched by NZ courier companies within 7 to 8 working days of date of purchase, but due to supply, there can sometimes be a minor delay. Please feel free to contact us if you’ve not received your order within 12 working days.

International Shipping:
Please note: If you live outside the New Zealand, the timing of distribution can differ. It may take you up to three to four weeks to receive your products due to worldwide freight delays due to the COVID situation.

Sadly, we do not allow refunds unless the goods are defective.

Please email us first at sales@cooltees.nz, detailing your name, email address, order ID and reasons for the return.

For longer lasting prints, we recommend 100% cotton fabrics of at least 185gsm.

In warm environments, turn your t-shirt inside out and wash with other colour garment in cold water.

Dry on a medium heat. Iron inside out. Do not iron directly on the printed area.
